EMR Data Standards for SDOH

Dr. Jennifer Rayner and Dr. Andrew Pinto shared information about the data standards that make us our sector's evaluation framework, how SDOH data is collected and used, and the Alliance's ongoing efforts to improve SDOH data collection, including the sociodemographic data toolkit and the Foundations of Equity: Improving sociodemographic data collection & use learning collaborative.
