#Health Equity Training Modules:

These training modules were developed in collaboration between Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services and the Alliance for Healthier Communities for the Health Equity Capacity Building Project. They were developed to build capacity for health equity through adoption of a common evidence-based framework that consists of equity-informed planning and evaluation at every level of the organization. They were designed for front-line staff, managers, and board members.

#Health Equity Toolkit: A Resource Inventory for Health Care Organizations

This health equity toolkit (link is external) is a product of the Building Capacity for Equity-Informed Planning and Evaluation project led by Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services and supported by the Association for Healthier Communities. This toolkit maps the resources that are available to build the capacity around health equity, at the individual user, team, and organizational levels. It represents a compilation of all the tools and resources created and gathered throughout the project. Beyond the lifespan of the project, the ultimate goal is to create and mobilize a ‘Community of Practice’ a shared vision and best practices for advancing health equity within the community health sector and across other sectors. The provision of this toolkit will support this long-term goal.
