The Alliance member organizations are made up of interprofessional teams working in collaborative practice. In these teams, salaried professionals work together in a coordinated approach to keep people healthy and address the health and wellbeing needs of people served and their families, neighbourhoods and communities. All of our knowledge and learning is grounded in the values and principles of the Model of Health and Wellbeing.
The Alliance facilitates professional development events, peer gatherings, workshops and webinars for knowledge sharing and strengthening evidence-based practices in highest quality people and community-centred health and wellbeing.
