Health Promotion Activities in Ontario Community Health Centres: A Descriptive Report

The Alliance has embarked on a research project to measure and demonstrate the impact of health promotion across our sector. - a key goal of our new strategic priorities. We have recently completed the first component of this project which was to describe what health promotion looks like in CHCs. This report describes how health promotion priorities are identified, what the priorities were and whom the programs were intended for in 2021/22, how these programs are implemented and evaluated, and suggestions on how the Alliance could highlight the work of health promotion at the sectoral level.
