In partnership with the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO) and the Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics Association (NPLCA), the Alliance hosted a special Lunch 'n' Learn webinar on in January 2022 to help primary care teams better understand Collaborative Quality Improvement Plans (cQIP) and start planning theirs for 2022/23. Dr. David Kaplan, Chief of Clinical Quality at Ontario Health (Quality), and Mark Robson, Manager of Quality Improvement Integrated Care, Value Based Care, at Ontario Health led the discussion. They were joined by Marg Millward, Specialist, Quality Improvement Integrated Care from Ontario health for a Q&A sesson with participants at the end of the session.
