The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is exploring how health care leaders think about the trustworthiness of their organizations.
Trust is essential to how clinicians work together within their organizations to provide high-quality care to the communities they serve. We would love to hear your perspective on how you approach trustworthiness in your role.
In this survey, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Describe how you address trustworthiness within your organization
- Share barriers you experience to earning the trust of the workforce and community members your organization serves
- Provide input on the design of an organizational trustworthiness assessment tool and online course with coaching
- Have the opportunity to sign up for a virtual Focus Group to engage more deeply in this conversation
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time, and your responses will be kept confidential.
