# An invitation to join other seniors concerned about the climate

We are facing unnatural disasters – new and escalating levels of extreme heat, fires and floods. No one can dispute that they are caused by fossil fuel emissions. Let’s act now – with our vote, and our advocacy. We want our kids and our grandkids to inherit a better world.

On October 1, National Seniors Day, the Seniors for Climate project is planning a Seniors Day of Climate Action, featuring 65 events across the country
