Help shape the future of virtual health care in Ontario! We are looking for individuals in Ontario to take a 15 to 20-minutes survey on the experiences and expectations with virtual health care appointments as a patient with a doctor, nurse practitioner, nurse, or another healthcare professional in primary care clinics or family practices.

The study will inform recommendations on real-time virtual care appointments (e.g., telephone and video appointments) in primary care (e.g., family physician clinic, Family Health Teams, Community Health Centres) from the perspectives of patients and caregivers. Gift cards and a draw for prizes will be available to individuals who participate in the study.

This study from the University of Toronto and Ontario Tech University is led by Dr. Rachelle Ashcroft and Dr. David Rudoler.

As part of our recruitment efforts, we are offering primary care clinics the opportunity to receive a personalized survey link and provide a custom report on the experiences of your patients.
