Le principal objectif de la communauté de pratique (CdP) du Fonds de partenariat d’immunisation (FPI) est d’offrir des possibilités de partenariat et d’échange de connaissances entre les bénéficiaires. Ces sessions continuent de fournir une riche source de connaissances qualitatives qui complètent les activités régulières d’établissement de rapports du programme. La CdP d’octobre a accueilli 75 personnes provenant de 49 organisations bénéficiaires uniques.

Case Study: North Western Toronto Ontario Health Team - COVID-19 Vaccine Equity

The Pursuing Equity Learning and Action Network was an 18-month initiative from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) which ran from October 2020 until April 2022. It aimed to reduce inequities in health and health care access, treatment, and outcomes by implementing comprehensive strategies to create and sustain equitable health systems. Participating teams selected a clinical project and worked with an IHI coach towards their goal.
