# What is this webinar about?
Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS) capture data about how clients perceive their health and wellbeing. These tools empower patients to be partners in their care and help us understand whether an intervention is helping a client reach their health goals. In the fall of 2022, the Alliance launched a research project to pilot the use of the EQ-5D PROMs tool at 6 Community Health Centres. The goal of the study was to explore if the integration of the EQ-5D tool supported collaborative care planning and/or evaluation of program/service delivery.
Sara Bhatti, Research & Evaluation Lead at the Alliance will present the final report of the EQ5D PROMs Pilot along with next steps for rollout of the tool. The Quality Improvement Leads from the Learning Health System team will present a future offering on how to successfully implement the tool and an opportunity to work with other centres to do that.
