Common Quality Improvement Plan Indicators for Comprehensive Primary Healthcare: Technical Specifications (Updated 2022)
This document contains technical specifications for the five common Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) indicators that were developed with Alliance members to support meaningful quality improvement in our sector. These indicators were selected by the time-limited Quality Improvement Working Group, approved by the Performance Management Committee (PMC), now known as the Equity, Performance, Improvement, and Change (EPIC) Committee and endorsed by membership of the Alliance for Healthier Communities.

In partnership with the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO) and the Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics Association (NPLCA), the Alliance hosted a special Lunch 'n' Learn webinar on in January 2022 to help primary care teams better understand Collaborative Quality Improvement Plans (cQIP) and start planning theirs for 2022/23.
